Department: This section is equipped with Warping machines,
complete preparation unit.
The production of these machines results in high quality fabrics.
The machines are managed by a team of high skilled workers and supervisors
who manage the equipment's to produce quality fabrics that meet the highest
international
Processing: Our unit comprises machines for de-sizing, mercerizing,
continuous dyeing HTHP dying, pad steam dyeing and finishing stenters.
Dyeing: Our continuous dyeing plant, provides excellent result from vat,
hydron blue, reactive, disperse dyes.
Production Capacity: For 100% Cotton & Poly Cotton (any blend) the
production capacity is 20,000 meter per day for Dyed fabric
For 100% Polyester or light shirting material on Jet Dyeing we have a
capacity for 20,000 meters per day.
Special Finishes: Peaching, Water Repellent, Fire Retardant etc.
Power Supply
We have our own Prime Power Generation Set. This own production of
electricity with uninterrupted supply of
electricity for economical and constant production activities.
Quality Control: Quality is the major key factor for Saroj Textile Ltd.. We
develop quality control processes and to conduct quality assurance at every
phase of production, in order to meet with the demands of high standard
materials by international buyers.
The Company maintains a most modern laboratory equipped with the new modern
machines. The laboratory is complete enough for physical testing, chemical
analysis, shade matching mechanism and quality control. |
